Actyze provides AI-powered database analytics software that converts natural language queries into SQL. The service is designed to be self-hosted within your own infrastructure to maintain data security and privacy.

License and Usage

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Actyze in accordance with your subscription plan.

Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share your license with unauthorized users
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

Subscription and Payment

Actyze offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Your access to features depends on your active subscription plan.

Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

Data and Privacy

Your Data

As a self-hosted solution, your database queries and results remain within your own infrastructure. You retain full ownership and control of your data.

Usage Analytics

We may collect anonymized usage statistics to improve our service. This does not include your actual data or query results.

Intellectual Property

The Actyze software, including all intellectual property rights, remains the exclusive property of Actyze. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or service marks.

Disclaimers and Limitations

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Actyze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
